SHIPPING:
All items offered in our Shoppe are digital products. You will receive your digital order electronically, WE DO NOT OFFER PRINTING SERVICES. Digital files will be delivered to you thru Etsy's Instant Download System upon payment completion.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILES:
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a download link. There is no limit to the number of times you can download the files for your order. Please note Instant Download files are not editable and are sold "as is" only.

MADE TO ORDER FILES:
Once your payment and personalization is processed you will receive NOTIFICATION from Etsy that your file is ready for you to download. PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY.

HOW TO SEND US A PHOTO:
ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LISTINGS THAT INDICATE YOU CAN ADD A PHOTO
Photo's should be SENT TO US in JPG FORMAT.
SEND YOUR PHOTO TO US VIA ETSY CONVO
Photos submitted to us for insertion on any order are not edited by us, which means we do not restore your photo, so make sure you send an un-cropped, clear photo for use on your digital purchase.
NO Proofs will be sent.

♦CAN YOU PRINT MY ORDER AND SHIP TO ME?
ALL OF OUR LISTINGS ARE FOR DIY, DIGITAL PDF FILES FORMATTED FOR HOME PRINTING. IN THE EVENT YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE THE FILE TO YOUR LOCAL PRINT SHOP FOR PRINTING MAKE SURE TO CONTACT THEM BEFORE YOU PURCHASE TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN PRINT THE FILE. NOT ALL ONLINE PRINTING COMPANIES CAN PRINT PDF FILES. CAROUSEL CANDY SHOPPE WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR FILE WITH ANOTHER FORMAT TO ACCOMODATE YOUR PRINTING CHOICE ONCE THE TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND YOUR PDF FILE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU. NO EXCEPTIONS

♦CAN I CANCELL MY ORDER?
---INSTANT DOWNLOAD DIGITAL FILES CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
---MADE-TO-ORDER DIGITAL FILE CANCELLATION REQUEST MUST BE RECEIVED BY US ON THE SAME DAY (CST) OF PURCHASE. SAME DAY/DATE CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL INCUR A 25% CHARGE. CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED ON FILES STILL IN PROGRESS AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE WILL INCUR A 50% CHARGE.
---ALL DIGITAL FILES THAT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND DOWNLOADED BY YOU CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.

♦HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL FILE?
You cannot download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time.
To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer.

♦If you have an Etsy account, and purchased an INSTANT DOWNLOAD file, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy will also send you a download notification email. If you're unsure if you've purchased an Instant Download Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. You should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

♦If you have an Etsy account, and purchased a MADE-TO-ORDER file:
The delivery window for MADE-TO-ORDER digital items will vary depending on the amount of customization to be done.
CONTACT US VIA CONVO BEFORE PURCHASING TO MAKE SURE WE CAN MEET YOUR TIMELINE.

To see the STATUS of your MADE-TO-ORDER digital item, go to the PURCHASES and REVIEWS section of your Etsy account. Items that the seller is still working on are shown as IN PROGRESS.
Once your order is finished you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to PURCHASES and REVIEWS and selecting the DOWNLOD FILES BUTTON.

♦I PURCHASED A DIGITAL FILE, BUT I DON'T HAVE AN ETSY ACCOUNT
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email from Etsy that was sent to you after purchase.

♦I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND MY DOWNLOAD NOTIFICATION EMAIL
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction (at) etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

♦CAN I ACCESS MY DIGITAL PURCHASE FROM WITHIN MY ACCOUNT?
Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

♦I AM HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY FILES
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-on or toolbar that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us through Etsy Convo System.

♦I CAN'T OPEN MY DIGITAL FILE
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact us thru Etsy Messages for further assistance.

The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing.

If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Our files can only be opened in the current version of ADOBE READER.

♦I PURCHASED A DIGITAL FILE BUT THESE OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY ORDER
If you’re unable to locate a download link on your Purchase page, check the listing it will tell you if you are purchasing an instant download file or if the file will be emailed to your email address on file with Etsy.
Files which are to be emailed to you will be sent within 24-48 hours of your purchase.

♦HELP I DELETED/LOST MY INSTANT DOWNLOAD / MADE-TO-ORDER DIGITAL FILE
All is not lost, you can download your file as many times as you need to.
GO TO - PURCHASES and REVIEWS and select the Download files button.

♦♦♦COLOR VARIATIONS♦♦♦
Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, quality of printer used as well as the many different types or brands of paper and ink you're printing with. CAROUSEL CANDY SHOP is not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.
